Admission Application
Applications will be open from September 30, 2024, through March 7, 2025. Prospective students must:
Take the ACT and use the ACT high school code (8139) to have scores sent directly to OSSM.
Create an online application account that will be announced on September 30, 2024.
- Request recommendations from their Math, Science, and English teachers.
- Request a recommendation from a school counselor or principal.
- Write essays that highlight your unique strengths and aspirations.
- Provide a parent/guardian statement.
- Upload their most recent high school transcript.
